Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Manager with 4-5 years of equivalent experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities within the organization.
Work on a hybrid work model (3x2) and will be based in São Paulo - SP.

Main Deliverables/Mission:
  • Develop and execute a compreensivístico IT strategy for the Brazil office.
  • Build and optimize IT processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of IT staff.
  • Ensure IT security and compliance with local regulations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential IT issues.

Daily Tasks:
  • Provide IT support and resolve technical issues for employees.
  • Manage interactions with suppliers and vendors.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Address local security issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain and manage IT assets, including software and hardware.
  • Ensure reliable internet, phone lines, and video conferencing services.

Team Responsibilities:
  • Ensure user satisfaction by providing timely and effective IT support.
  • Maintain IT security and compliance.
  • Support employees with necessary tools and resources to perform their work efficiently.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven management and people skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT support processes, IT lifecycle, and IT asset management.
  • Proficiency in networking, commonly used IT software, and hardware.
  • Experience with user management and MDM services.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing services.
  • Strong supplier relationship and management skills.
  • Fluent English

Nice to Have:
  • Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, CCNP, Product Management, or CompTIA.
