About the company:

You will be responsible for:
● Coordinating and performing control design and effectiveness assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement to strengthen the internal control environment.
● Supervising and contributing to the preparation of controls and processes documentation, updates, and control rationalization.
● Providing guidance on relevant internal control matters including control design and documentation requirements.
● Evaluating impacts to control the environment from new acquisitions, implementation of systems, applications, changes to organizational structures, or any other significant changes.
● Evaluating, monitoring, and reporting control deficiencies, including coordinating with management to ensure timely remediation of deficiencies
● Liaison with External Auditors and regulators in relation to internal control changes and control deficiencies.
● Build effective working relationships and trust with business partners across the organization.

Experience
● Relevant experience with audit, ideally with a combined experience between Big 4 and a within a large corporation team;
● Ideally from igaming industry or a highly regulated business as, preferred digital b2c environments;
● Good balance between experience in large corporations and startup scenarios, being responsible to build strong audit programs but also with flexibility to navigate in a complex and fast paced business;
● Experience working within a global team;
● Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to get the job done.
