About the role:
The App Marketing Specialist is responsible for both planning and executing the app campaigns to achieve the communicated targets for our brand in the Brazil market as well as relevant A/B testing activities.
They will be accountable for analysing the competitive landscape to help the team identify growth opportunities, and will have ownership for the daily optimization of campaigns and provide budget planning and strategy recomendativo to dedicated markets / brands stakeholders, and will present the results to teams and stakeholders related to Performances, achievements and A/B tests.

Our candidate will:
● Plan and execute app campaigns to achieve the communicated targets for dedicated markets and brands.
● Optimise campaigns on a daily basis to improve performance.
● Provide budget planning and strategy recomendativo to stakeholders.
● Present the results of campaigns to stakeholders.
● Paid campaigns management skills
● Strong understanding of measurement platforms and reporting tools
● Excellent data analysis skills
● Strong communication skills
●Data-driven and analytical thinking ability

Required Skills:
● Experience in Igaming industry
● Advanced / Fluent English

Nice to have skills:
● Paid campaign management skills and experience to be able to work independently
● A good understanding of the measurement platforms and internal reporting tools
● Excellent data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness and impact of marketing activities and decisions
● The ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders about app campaign performance, strategy & budget
